Return Policy

Available Goods: Returns on available goods can be made when the item is in the same condition it arrived in. Goods that are broken, maimed, tampered with after arrival cannot be returned or refunded.

E-mail pictures of the item in question with reason for return. Returns can be denied for any reason. Sender pays shipping. Returns can not be made after 30 days from purchase.

Custom Goods: Returns cannot be made on custom goods for any reason.

Refund Policy

Available Goods: Refunds can be issued for returned goods. Refunds will not be issued for damage during shipping or after arrival. Once the item leaves my possession, it is no longer my responsibility. 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Goods: Refunds will not be issued for orders placed after three days.

Shipping Policy

I currently ship throughout the entirety of the United States. My main shipper is USPS Priority. Some larger scale items may be seen shipped through UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is provided as soon as the item is shipped.

Orders ship out on Mondays. I try to get them out as quickly and early as possible.

My warranty does not cover any items that leave my hands. Once the mail carrier has possession of the item, I do not cover anything that is lost, damaged, or stolen.

All shipping costs are covered by the purchaser. This includes insurance of packages.

Custom Orders

How It Works

Free quotes are available in Custom Products. You will be asked to fill out a form. Available Options of each type of product is available to look over as well as how to take measurements (for you, or your horse if applicable). Forms should be filled with at much detail as possible, with a contact. Once submitted, I will receive your form and send you a quote via your contact information. We can have a discussion, share examples, and confirm your purchase.

Purchasing Policy

  • Custom products are a 100% up-front payment.

  • Decisions are to be finalized before payment. Last minute decisions should be made within three days of purchase. I will not make changes of any sort after three days.

  • Invoices are sent via PayPal only. I do not accept payment through individual’s cards at this time.

If you are to cancel your custom order, please do so within three days of initial up-front payment. I allow three days for last minute choices and decisions to be made before I purchase materials.

Warranty Policy

I strive to create goods and products that will last everyday wear and tear. For both stocked goods I offer a three year warranty covering normal wear. On custom goods I offer a five year warranty covering normal wear.

Normal wear includes:

  • Worn & loose stitching

  • Rivets, snaps, or spots coming off over time

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of products

  • Damage as a result of ill maintenance (not oiling, cleaning regularly)

  • Dry rot from neglect

  • Damage as a result of misuse/not using the product the way it was intended

  • Damage as a result of animals of any way, shape or form (chewed on, horses sitting back, tears from kicks, etc.)

  • Lost conchos or chicago screws

  • Damage as a result of tampering or modifying products for use not intended
